CBIG began in 1982 as a resource and support group for artists working in the children's book illustration and literature fields. Our mission is to share the private visions of our imagination using media such as pen and ink, watercolor, acrylic paint, computers, etc. to record the pictures we see in our minds as we read the words of children's stories.
